Si les groupes L&rsquo;Or\u00e9al et Pierre Fabre concentrent plus d\u2019un quart des ventes, la concurrence reste vive : Caudalie acc\u00e9l\u00e8re sa progression tandis que des acteurs comme ACM Laboratoire Dermatologique ou Embryolisse gagnent en visibilit\u00e9.
